This approach, which I simulated a while ago here, is the closest to the original bjt version as it is truly "current driven" for the output devices: r10/r13 act like a I-V converter.
its downside? high R10/R13 means that the charges on the gate of the output devices will take time to be removed. so use smaller R10/R13 if you want wider frequency response.
