Ary兄弟, 这个保护电路使用的是反折式限流(foldback current limiting),因为有R24,R26,R27和R35之间分压的结果, 限流量会随着输出端的电压而变化,当输出电压趋向零时(跨于功率管的电压最大)限流量最小,当输出电压趋近供电电压时(跨于功率管的电压最小)限流量最大。这样做得好处是即使输出端短路,功率管还工作于SOA安全范围之内。
